- Do not use the service for fraudulent purposes
- Cooperate with assigned brokers
Evaluation process
The evaluation is performed by an independent broker. MultiÉvaluations does not guarantee the estimated value.
Limitation of liability
MultiÉvaluations acts as an intermediary. Our liability is limited to matching.
Intellectual property
All content on the portal is the property of MultiÉvaluations.
Termination
You may close your account at any time.
Dispute resolution
Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Quebec, Montreal district.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms.
