It is a reasoned opinion of value, produced by a certified appraiser after a visit to the property, then set out in a signed official report that engages their professional liability.
We come back to you on your request within 24 h. What follows depends on the availability of the certified appraiser covering your area and on when the visit can happen; the timeline is confirmed to you together with the fee, before you decide.
The service is paid: it is a professional mandate entrusted to a certified appraiser. The fee depends on the type of property, where it is and the scope of the mandate; you receive it before any commitment. The request itself is free.
Coverage starts in Quebec and extends one region at a time. The list of active regions is published on the Quebec page and comes straight from our network: a region only appears there once a certified appraiser takes mandates in it.
Every appraiser in the network holds a professional accreditation in good standing: OEAQ in Quebec, AIC (AACI/CRA) or CNAREA elsewhere in Canada. The report carries their name, title and licence number — so you can verify the accreditation yourself.
